No, we do not offer free shipping at this time. Before, when we did offer free shipping, our prices were much higher. We have found that we are able to substantially lower our price when we charge shipping separately, therefore saving you, our client money! To receive a shipping cost estimate, just add the desired product and quantity to our state of the art shopping cart and there you will find the shipping estimator. It's simple!

No, we are sorry, but we only ship orders within the USA boundaries. Canadian orders must be called in and approved.

For our spot color printing (which includes all of our product except our full color items), we require vector art. The most common vector files are Adobe Illustrator, saved as either an .eps, .ai, or .pdf file. For our full color printing, we require high resolution art, at least 300dpi. You can send us a .jpg, .tif, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, .pdf, or any other file that will sustain a high resolution image. Send all files to art@bizmug.com.
